In reply to <a href="https://biblequeries.com/finding-strength-in-weakness/#comment-288">Derek_J</a>.

You bring up a really good point—it can definitely feel like a fine line between resting in God’s power and worrying that we might be slacking off. I think the key is checking our hearts and intentions. When we’re letting God’s power work in us, it’s about surrendering control and trusting Him, while still being faithful in what we’re called to do. It’s not about giving up responsibility but recognizing that we don’t have to carry everything on our own. Finding that balance can be tough, and it’s something we grow in with time and prayer.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

I’m so glad this devotional spoke to you! It’s so easy to feel like we have to be strong all the time, but you’re absolutely right—it’s okay to be vulnerable and lean on God. He’s there to carry us when we feel overwhelmed. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and I pray that you continue to find strength in His presence during this time.

but how do you know when you're just being lazy or actually letting God's power work? seems like a fine line that's easy to cross. not saying the idea isnt solid, just seems hard to balance in real life.
