For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.
— Galatians 5:13 (ESV)

Reflection:
As followers of Christ, we are called to use our freedom to serve others in love. Galatians 5:13 encourages us to put others’ needs above our own, reflecting the love of Christ through service. This kind of service is not motivated by duty but by a genuine desire to love and care for those around us.

In serving others, we grow in humility and compassion, becoming more like Christ.

Application:
Look for opportunities to serve someone today, whether in a big or small way, and do it with a heart of love.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to use the freedom You’ve given me to serve others in love. May my life reflect Your love through the way I care for those around me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Challenge:
Find a way to serve someone today, putting their needs before your own.
