For we walk by faith, not by sight.
— 2 Corinthians 5:7 (ESV)
Reflection:
Faith is trusting in God even when we cannot see what lies ahead. 2 Corinthians 5:7 calls us to walk by faith, relying not on what we see or feel, but on the promises of God. In seasons of uncertainty, it can be easy to rely on our own understanding, but true faith calls us to trust God’s plans even when the way forward is unclear.
God is faithful, and as we walk by faith, we experience His guidance and provision.
Application:
Think about an area of your life where you are struggling to trust God. Surrender it to Him today and walk forward in faith, knowing that He is in control.
Prayer:
Lord, help me to walk by faith and not by sight. When I face uncertainty, remind me that You are with me and that Your plans are perfect. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Challenge:
Take a step of faith in an area where you have been hesitant, trusting that God will guide you.
