Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
— Galatians 6:9 (ESV)
Reflection: Perseverance is key to seeing the fruit of our labor. Galatians 6:9 reminds us not to grow weary in doing good, even when the results aren’t immediate. God’s timing is perfect, and He promises that in due season, we will reap a harvest if we don’t give up.
Whether in our personal lives, our ministries, or our relationships, it’s easy to get discouraged when we don’t see progress. But God calls us to continue doing good, trusting that He is working behind the scenes.
Application: Think about an area in your life where you’ve been tempted to give up. Ask God for the strength to persevere, trusting that He will bring a harvest in due time.
Prayer: Lord, help me to persevere in doing good, even when the results aren’t immediate. Strengthen my faith and give me the endurance to continue trusting in Your timing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Challenge: Choose one area of your life where you need to persevere. Commit it to God in prayer and ask for His strength to see it through.
