By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.
— John 13:35 (ESV)

Reflection: Jesus said that love is the defining mark of His followers. When we love others as Christ loves us, we show the world what it means to be His disciples. This love is sacrificial, unconditional, and selfless—reflecting the love Jesus showed when He laid down His life for us.

Loving others isn’t always easy, especially when it requires us to put others’ needs before our own. But it’s through these acts of love that we reveal the heart of Christ and make His presence known in the world.

Application: Consider how you can show Christ-like love to someone in your life today, even if it’s difficult. Ask God to give you the strength to love as He has loved you.

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for loving me unconditionally. Help me to love others with the same sacrificial love You have shown me. May my love reflect Your heart and draw others closer to You. In Your name, Amen.

Challenge: Perform an act of love today for someone who may not expect it. Let your love be a reflection of Christ’s love for you.
