But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
— Isaiah 40:31 (ESV)

Reflection:
Isaiah 40:31 encourages us to wait on the Lord and trust in His timing. As we do, He renews our strength, giving us the ability to persevere and endure. When we feel weary and overwhelmed, God promises to give us the strength we need to keep going. His strength allows us to rise above our circumstances and continue running the race of faith.

In seasons of waiting, remember that God is with you, renewing your strength each day.

Application:
Are you feeling weary or overwhelmed? Take time to wait on the Lord today, asking Him to renew your strength and give you the endurance you need.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for renewing my strength when I feel weary. Help me to wait on You and trust in Your timing, knowing that You will carry me through. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Challenge:
Take a moment today to pause and wait on the Lord, asking Him to renew your strength for the days ahead.
