Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
— Galatians 6:2 (ESV)

Reflection:
We are called to bear one another’s burdens, walking alongside those who are struggling and offering support. Galatians 6:2 teaches us that this is how we fulfill the law of Christ, which is love. When we help others carry their burdens, we show Christ’s love in action.

No one should have to carry their burdens alone, and as the body of Christ, we are to be there for one another, offering encouragement and practical help.

Application:
Is there someone in your life carrying a heavy burden? Reach out to them today with encouragement or practical help.

Prayer:
Father, help me to be a source of support to those around me. Show me how I can bear the burdens of others and reflect Your love in doing so. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Challenge:
Identify someone who could use support today and offer to help carry their burden, whether through prayer, encouragement, or a practical act of service.
